"If I could give ten stars I would. I recently moved from Langley, BC to Calgary and contacted Paul's simply because I liked the idea of a family business. I did not realize that I was going to be taken care of as if I were a part of that family. Barb and Sandy from the office were helpful, knowledgeable, sympathetic and considerate all the way through (even when I got my dates completely wrong) and told me that everyone at Paul's would look after me. I have been told this on a few occasions by different professionals but they were the first to actually deliver on that promise.
I chose to have help with packing and found it eased the hefty amount of stress I was under. Dennis was very kind, efficient and understanding. Chris and Lucas arrived to load up the truck with all my worldly goods and I was astonished at the care they took to wrap everything up to ensure there was no damage. I have never seen this during any of my many previous moves.
I have a huge, old, heavy wooden bookcase that I hoped fervently I could take with me. Chris was not sure that he and Lucas would be able to get it into my small condo in Calgary but they were willing to give it a go and made no long faces about it. For this I will never forget those two men. And, in the end, with a little ingenuity, they did get it in! I am so impressed with everyone at Paul's and I will be eternally grateful to them for making a very stressful situation completely bearable. They even charged me less than the original estimate!
If you are trying to decide on a moving company run, don't walk to Paul's!"
