"I reached out to Paul's moving when my mother decided to move from Agassiz to Kelowna. I emailed them pictures from my mother's house of the majority of the furniture and stated there would also be a number of packed boxes that we would do. They came back quickly with a reasonable estimate that my mother felt was a fair price. All they asked for was a small down payment and we set a date for the pickup. As she was moving into a seniors home they recommended that the delivery be made the following day after pickup due to people moving around the building when they would have had to deliver and we realized they were correct and agreed. The moving truck arrived when they said they would and the two workers were polite and cheerful. They did an excellent job of wrapping the furniture with blankets and sealing then with tape, and they repacked our boxes into their own storage boxes to keep then from being moved around to much. They arrived right on schedule the next day and started to work. They were careful with everything and still polite and cheerful. There were several larger fragile pieces of furniture that came through with flying colors and everything was brought in, in an efficient manner. My mother has moved a number of times and stated that this was the best condition her furniture had been in after a move. The final price reflected the increased cost with fuel these days which is fine but there were no other surprises in the bill. I would recommend Paul's moving to anyone who would ask. We would use them again."
